In an unprecedented year, small businesses have had to adapt and change. During our Pivot to Product workshop we’ll help you construct a plan to diversify your business by offering new products. This workshop is for both existing product-based businesses looking to expand into new lines, and service-business exploring opportunities to transition into products. Whether you’re a restaurateur looking to bottle your sauces, an educator producing DIY kits, or farmer building green houses, this workshop is for you.

  • Identify your customers

  • Learn about product market fit

  • Understand your partnership and supplier needs

Virtual Class Format

While we are hosting via zoom, the workshop is highly interactive and will include small group breakout sessions. To get the maximum benefit from the workshop, we ask that you come to the workshop prepared to contribute your ideas and engage in conversation with your camera on!
