Pivot to Product Accelerator Program

We are recruiting six participants to join the cohort program. Participants may be attendees of our 90-minute workshop on the same topic or apply separately. Applicants are selected for best fit & maximum economic impact. The 6-week cohort program supports participants in developing their own detailed product launch plan. Participants commit to 1.5 hours for group sessions and an additional hour for one-on-one meetings.

Weekly one-on-one consultation (flexible dates/times)

Methods

We recognize that different participants benefit from a range of approaches to the program materials to fully absorb and implement them. This program is structured such that a variety of supported solo, one-on-one, and small group work is available to all participants. With a mix of cohort group workshops, one-on-one consulting, and accountability/peer advising on Slack, participants receive peer and advisor support. THe program encourages participants to iterate quickly and shift thinking by showing examples of nimble product developments that are low-cost and effective.

The program model is created using project management, lean manufacturing, and SCRUM processes.

Cohort Workshops

Each weekly workshop focuses on one portion of the product launch plan process. In addition to providing the ‘lecture’ to build the framework, each session includes a guest speaker who has the experience of pivoting into product.

One-on-one consulting

Weekly consulting sessions help each participant troubleshoot any issues they’re having to overcome each week’s blockers. The consultant pulls in additional specialized resources as needed and helps advocate for the participant (i.e. making new connections, posing questions to SMEs, or doing research on their behalf for technical items)

Peer Advising

Between workshop sessions, participants stay in touch and accountable to one-another using Slack. Using the blockers listed during the check-in, participants will work to find resources for one another, offer guidance, and pose questions.
